Tac welding and welding of components of medium and large dimensions

The welding department is regulated by several welding qualifications according to EN15614-1 and our welders are all qualified in accordance to ISO 9606-1.
We are certified in accordance to EN 1090-2 exc3 , EN ISO 3834-2 and AWS D1.1 for the US market. Our technical staff qualified in accordance to EN ISO 14731 guarantee a constant control over the entire process.
We are able to perfom several non destructive tests on welded parts and heat treatments according to Customer’s specifications thanks to our qualified suppliers in accordance to EN ISO 979192.

The growth of the welding shop with the introduction of automated welding stations and an overhead crane up to 15ton, extend the offer of OFFICINE MECCANICHE PELLANDA combining the primary sector of mechanical process with carpentry of medium-big size.
